Salon Policies — Bespoke by Damalia

To ensure the highest level of service and respect for everyone’s time, please review the following salon policies before booking your appointment at Bespoke by Damalia.

Deposits

A deposit is required to secure all appointments.
All deposits go toward the total cost of your scheduled service at the time of your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellations & No-Shows

• Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.

• No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.

• If the card on file cannot be charged, future appointments will not be accepted until the balance is paid in full.

Children & Guests

• We do not service children under the age of 14.

• For the comfort and safety of all guests, no children or additional guests are permitted during appointments. If this policy is not observed, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Late Arrivals

• A 15-minute grace period is allowed.

• Arrivals 30 minutes or more late will require the appointment to be rescheduled.

• Please call ahead if you anticipate being late.
