Salon Policy

To ensure the highest level of service and respect for everyone’s time, please review the following policies before booking your appointment:

Cancellations & No-Shows

Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
If your card on file cannot be charged, you will not be able to book future appointments until the balance is paid in full.

Children & Guests

We do not service children under the age of 14.
For the safety and comfort of all guests, please do not bring children or additional guests to your appointment. If this occurs, we may need to reschedule your service.

Late Arrivals

A 15-minute grace period is allowed for lateness.
If you are 30 minutes or more late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled.
Please call ahead if you anticipate being late.
